KB Home Customer Portal Concepts

To improve engagement with new and existing KB Home customers, these concepts were produced as the initial design for an online community portal. The portal would allow customers to engage with sales representatives to discuss future house purchases, deliver documentation and explore the customizations available during the new home purchase process. As customers progress through their journey of home ownership, the portal will display information that is relevant to the customer. A companion portal would provide real estate brokers tools to help source deals and gain information about commissions.
